This is a brand new Chinese Chess set with an elegant MDF board. The chess board measures 13.8" in length, 12.5" in width, and 0.47" in thickness when unfolded. This is a standard size. The chessboard is foldable, with a nicely designed storage compartment for storing the chess pieces. When folded, the chessboard gives convenience for storage. The chess board is made of solid MDF wood. The playing pieces are made of Green Sandalwood: the General ("將") side is White, while the Marshal ("帥") side is Red. There are total 32 pieces in two colors (white, red). Each piece is 1.1" in diameter.
