The Tatami Karuta Game Mat is the gameboard for playing kyogi karuta (competitive karuta) and Ogoola Karuta/English karuta. It is 122cm wide and 78cm long. The playing space on the mat is 87cm wide and has 3 cm in between the two territories. It is made to be able to lay 3 to 4 rows of cards with 1cm between each row. The tatami mats are custom made and hand made in Japan and are made into a karuta game mat in Sweden. A genuine product for karuta lovers.
