Pentel Oil Pastels Large Sticks in 12 Brilliant Colours. Can be used as dry colour for thick or thin and rough or smooth effects. Can be used wet with turpentine or mineral spirits. Usual application produces a drawing effect, but when brushed over with a wet brush, colours can be blended and shaded. Ideal for washes and scratchboard techniques.
