Each kit features a row of four house fronts, with lots of extra optional detailing included: • Ground & First floor bay windows • Dormer windows • Front porches • Small front garden with laser-cut gates • Self-adhesive paving slabs This kit incorporates all the use of the latest, high-quality features such as full colour printing with weathering touches, ready-cut and creased parts for assembly, glazing, and the latest laser-cutting techniques used for many of the detail parts. The kit contains two blocks of two house. Each one has a footprint of 128 x 73mm, including gardens and paving. Height to the chimney tops is 125mm.
