This is a genuine Mamod spare part.

Standard Mamod brass safety valve 38 mm in length, as used on the Traction Engines, Steam Rollers and Static Engines.

It has a 1/4 inch BSF thread which has been in use for many years.

Please Note: Although this safety valve has been used by Mamod for decades it is not compatible with very old models using the larger 3/8" diameter valves which are approximately 25mm in length.
