Start the game by getting two teams, one team member wears the mouth piece that stretches their mouth wide open and then takes a phrase card from the deck. He then says the phrase on the card which are usually 4-6 words long to his team mates. If by this time they all have gone to the toilet in fits of laughter they have to try and work out what there team mate says, While a 60 second timer is running.
